On-Line Traffic Citation Payments

Pay traffic citations and parking tickets online with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

Past due or partial payments are not accepted online.

Please refer to Traffic General Information for all requirements for electing school, child restraint, and other charges before processing your payment.

Paying a citation is an admission of guilt and points will be assessed on your driver’s license unless you elect to attend and successfully complete defensive driving school. After the school election is made and paid for, you may not change your mind without contacting the Clerk’s Office and paying additional fees.

**Holders of a CDL License cannot elect driving school.

Listed below are instructions on how to pay a citation online.

• Click on the link below; a Traffic Form will appear.
• If the Citation Number is known, enter it in the field titled “Citation Number.”
• If the Citation Number is not known, perform a search by entering in the last name then first name and/or a date range.
• This will bring up a list of all cases matching the search.
• From the list, determine which citation is to be paid, then click on the icon to the far left that is titled “View Details.”
• A detail screen will open which will also display two (2) buttons.  One is titled "Attend Driving School and Pay Infraction" and the other is titled "Pay Infraction."  Choose only ONE of the two options.
• Click on this button to view the payment screen. Your credit card information is required to successfully complete the transaction.
