Effective July 1, 2003:A mandatory $50.00 filing fee will be charged pursuant to F.S. 28.241 on any civil action, suit or proceeding in the circuit court that is reopened.

General Information
The Circuit Civil Division’s jurisdiction is for claims over $15,000.00. Types of cases handled by Circuit Civil are mortgage forclosures, other real property, lien forclosures, medical and professional malpractice, auto negligence, contract and indebtedness, personal injury, and eminent domain.
Due to the complexity of these type of cases, we recommend that you retain an attorney. The Deputy Clerk in the division cannot assist you.
